2. FORECAST (09 MAY - 15 MAY)
Solar:
R0-R1 level activity expected over 09-10 May, reducing to R0
with a chance of R1 level activity for the remainder of the week.
Geomagnetic:
G1 geomagnetic activity expected on 09-May due to a combination
of coronal hole high speed wind stream effects and a possible
glancing impact from a CME first observed on 06-May. G0 conditions
with a chance of G1 expected over 10-12 May due to ongoing effects
G0 conditions expected over 13-15 May.
Frequencies:
Depressions of up to 20% are possible over 09-10 May due to geomagnetic
activity. A recovery to predicted monthly values is expected from 11-May
to the end of the week.
