2. FORECAST (02 MAY - 08 MAY)
Solar:
Solar activity is expected to be at the R1 level this week, with
a chance of R2 primarily due to the size and complexity of AR4079.
Geomagnetic:
G0-G1 geomagnetic conditions are expected on 02-May. 27-day recurrent
patterns indicate further G1 periods are possible throughout the entire
week due to coronal hole high speed wind stream effects.
Frequencies:
MUFs in the Australian region are generally expected to be near predicted
monthly values. Mild depressions are possible in association with elevated
geomagnetic activity.
