2. FORECAST (14 FEBRUARY - 20 FEBRUARY)
Solar: 
R0-R1 levels expected throughout the week.

Geomagnetic:  
G0-G1 level geomagnetic activity expected on 14-Feb and G0, 
with a chance of G1 expected on 15-Feb due to coronal hole 
high speed wind stream effects. G0 level geomagnetic activity
expected on all other days of the week.

Frequencies:  
MUFs are expected to be near predicted monthly values to 15%
depressed on 14-15 Feb. MUFs are expected to be near predicted
monthly values on 16-20 Feb.
