Comment: Australian region MUFs depressed on 14-Feb and southern
Australian region MUFs depressed over 15-17 Feb due to a broad
period on mildly increased geomagnetic activity induced by
a coronal hole wind stream.

2. FORECAST (21 FEBRUARY - 27 FEBRUARY)
Solar:
R0-R1 activity early in week. Possible returning
active region on 24-Feb. Solar activity may increase
to R1, chance R2 if this region returns and has not
significantly decayed on its far side solar
transit.

Geomagnetic:
G0 conditions expected. 27 day recurrence suggests
chance of isolated G1 periods on 27-28 Feb.

Frequencies:
MUFs near predicted monthly values to 15% enhanced.
Possible increased risk of fadeouts after 24-Feb.
