Propagation conditions: Fair on 13-14 Nov, particularly at high latitudes.
Otherwise normal. SWFs probable early in week.

3. OUTLOOK (20 NOVEMBER - 20 DECEMBER)
Degraded HF propagation conditions possible:
7-9 Dec. Sporadic-E is expected to increase in frequency, especially during
local night hours, in the next month.
