On UT day 15-Mar solar activity is expected to be R0 with a chance of
R1. S0 solar radiation storm conditions are expected. The solar wind
speed is expected to be strong due to a coronal hole high speed wind
stream. There is a slight chance for a weak CME arrival on 15-Mar. G2
planetary conditions were recently observed following the Earth's
entry into the wind stream. G0-G1 geomagnetic conditions are expected.
HF radio propagation conditions are expected to be fair to normal,
with fair conditions during local night hours and after dawn for the
southern Australian region. Maximum usable frequencies in the
Australian region are generally expected to be 15% depressed to near
