On UT day 16-Mar solar activity is expected to be R0 with a chance of
R1. S0 solar radiation storm conditions are expected. The solar wind
speed is expected to be initially strong, slowly declining to moderate
as the recent influence of a coronal hole high speed wind stream
abates. G0 geomagnetic conditions are expected. HF radio propagation
conditions are expected to be fair to normal, with fair conditions
during local night hours for the southern Australian region. Maximum
usable frequencies (MUFs) in the Australian region are generally
expected to be near predicted monthly values with southern Australian
region MUFs 15% depressed after local dawn this morning.
