On UT day 14-Mar solar activity is expected to be R0 with a chance of
R1. S0 solar radiation storm conditions are expected. A large solar
filament eruption was recently observed but the associated CME was
strongly southward directed and the bulk of the CME is expected to
pass under the Earth on 15-Mar. The solar wind speed is expected to be
moderate to strong due to a coronal hole wind stream. G1, chance G2
geomagnetic conditions are expected. HF radio propagation conditions
are expected to be fair to normal, with fair conditions during local
night hours. Maximum usable frequencies in the Australian region are
generally expected to be near predicted monthly values.
