Solar activity on UT day 13-Nov is expected to be at the R2 level with
a chance of R3. S1 solar radiation storm conditions are expected. The
solar wind speed is expected to be very strong, declining over the UT
day. G2-G3 geomagnetic conditions are expected due to the effects of
previous CME impacts. HF radio propagation conditions are expected to
be fair, with some poor conditions expected at high latitudes. Maximum
usable frequencies (MUFs) in the Australian region are expected to 20%
depressed compared with monthly values. Shortwave fadeouts are
possible. Aurorae are unlikely to be visible in the Australian
region.
