Solar activity on UT day 14-Nov is expected to be at the R1-R2 level.
S0, chance S1 solar radiation storm conditions are expected. The solar
wind speed is expected to be very strong, declining over the UT day.
G0-G1 geomagnetic conditions are expected due to the waning effects of
previous CME impacts. HF radio propagation conditions are expected to
be normal to fair. Maximum usable frequencies (MUFs) in the Australian
region are expected to 15-20% depressed compared with monthly values.
Shortwave fadeouts are possible.
