Solar activity on UT day 11-Nov is expected to be at R2-R3 levels.
S0-S1 solar radiation storm conditions are expected. The solar wind
speed is expected to be strong. G3 geomagnetic conditions are expected
late in the UT day, due to the arrival of a partial halo CME. HF radio
propagation conditions are expected to be largely normal. HF radio
conditions are expected to become moderately degraded late on 11-Nov.
Maximum usable frequencies (MUFs) in the Australian region are
expected to be near predicted monthly values. Shortwave fadeouts are
probable.
