Solar activity on UT day 10-Nov is expected to be at R2 levels, with a
chance of R3. S1 solar radiation storm conditions are expected. The
solar wind speed is expected to be strong. G0 geomagnetic conditions
are expected. G3 geomagnetic conditions are expected on UT day 11-Nov,
with a chance of G4, due to the arrival of a partial halo CME. Due to
the arrival of a second CME on 12-Nov, G4 geomagnetic conditions are
expected on this day. If the two CMEs arrive within close proximity
then there may be a chance of G5. HF radio propagation conditions are
expected to be normal. HF radio conditions are expected to become
moderately degraded late on 11-Nov, and further degraded on 12-Nov.
Maximum usable frequencies (MUFs) in the Australian region are
expected to be near predicted monthly values to 15% enhanced.
Depressions to MUFs are expected on 11-Nov up to 20%, then up to 40%
on 12-Nov. Shortwave fadeouts are probable.
