Solar activity on UT day 11-Nov is expected to be at R2-R3 levels. S2
solar radiation storm conditions are expected, with a chance of S3.
The solar wind speed is expected to be moderate to strong. G3
geomagnetic conditions are expected late in the UT day due to the
arrival of a partial halo CME. G4 geomagnetic conditions are expected
on UT day 12-Nov, with a chance of G5 due to the arrival of two halo
CMEs. HF radio propagation conditions are expected to be largely
normal, becoming degraded late on 11-Nov. Maximum usable frequencies
(MUFs) in the Australian region are expected to be near predicted
monthly values. Shortwave fadeouts are probable.
