Solar activity on UT day 17-Sep is expected to be at R0-R1 levels. The
solar wind speed is expected to be strong. S0 solar radiation
conditions are expected, with a chance of S1. G1-G2 geomagnetic
conditions are expected due to ongoing CME effects from a CME arrival
observed at 16/2250UT. HF radio communication conditions are expected
to be mostly fair. Maximum usable frequencies (MUFs) are expected to
be near predicted monthly values to 15% depressed. Shortwave fadeouts
are possible.
