Solar activity on UT day 16-Sep is expected to be at the R1 level,
with a chance of R2-R3 events. The solar wind speed is expected to be
strong. S0 solar radiation conditions are expected, with a chance of
S1. G3 geomagnetic conditions are expected, with a chance of G4, due
to an anticipated impact from a CME first observed on 14-Sep. HF radio
communication conditions are expected to be mostly normal to fair,
with degradations possible late in the day. Maximum usable frequencies
(MUFs) are expected to be near predicted monthly values, with
depressions possible late in the day, particularly in the southern
Australian region. Shortwave fadeouts are probable.
