Solar activity on UT day 15-Sep is expected to be at R1-R2 levels,
with a chance of R3 events. The solar wind speed is expected to be
moderate. S1 solar radiation conditions are expected. G0-G1
geomagnetic conditions are expected, due to a possible late CME
impact. HF radio communication conditions are expected to be mostly
normal to fair. Maximum usable frequencies (MUFs) are expected to be
near predicted monthly values, with depressions possible in the
southern Australian region. Shortwave fadeouts are probable. G3
geomagnetic activity, with a chance of G4 is expected on UT day 16-Sep
due to an impact from a CME first observed on 14-Sep.
