Solar activity on UT day 14-Sep is expected to be at the R1 level,
with a chance of R2 and R3 level events. The solar wind speed is
expected to be strong to moderate. S0 solar radiation conditions are
expected, with a chance of S1. G1-G2 geomagnetic conditions are
expected, due to an anticipated CME impact. HF radio communication
conditions are expected to be mostly fair. Maximum usable frequencies
(MUFs) are expected to be near predicted monthly values, with
degradations possible in the southern Australian region. Shortwave
fadeouts are probable.
