Solar activity on UT day 22-Nov is expected to be at R0-R1 levels. The
solar wind speed is expected to be light to moderate. G0 geomagnetic
conditions are expected, with a slight chance of G1 due to coronal
hole effects. S1 solar proton conditions and a 100 MeV proton event
are currently being observed due to a farside eruption. S1-S2 solar
proton conditions are expected. HF radio communication conditions are
expected to be mostly normal, with poor conditions at high latitudes
due to an ongoing polar cap absorption (PCA) event. Maximum useable
frequencies (MUFs) are expected to be near predicted monthly values.
Shortwave fadeouts are possible.
