Solar activity on UT day 21-Nov is expected to be at R0-R1 levels. The
solar wind speed is expected to be light. G0 geomagnetic conditions
are expected. S0 solar proton conditions are expected. HF radio
communication conditions are expected to be normal. Maximum useable
frequencies (MUFs) are generally expected to be near predicted monthly
values, though southern Australian MUFs are 25% depressed after local
dawn this morning. Shortwave fadeouts are possible.
