Solar activity on UT day 23-Nov is expected to be at R0-R1 levels. The
solar wind speed is expected to be light to moderate. G0 geomagnetic
conditions are expected, with a chance of G1 due to coronal hole
effects. S0 solar radiation storm conditions are expected, with a
chance of S1. HF radio communication conditions are expected to be
mostly normal. Maximum useable frequencies (MUFs) are expected to be
near predicted monthly values. Shortwave fadeouts are possible.
