Solar activity is expected to be low on UT day 28 September with a
small (5%) chance of M flares. Solar wind speeds are moderate but are
likely to become strong due to combined coronal hole and CME effects.
Geomagnetic conditions are expected to be unsettled to active with
possible minor to major storm periods. Mostly normal HF propagation
conditions are expected. There is a small chance of short wave
fadeouts (radio blackouts).
