[ips-sf] SWS Summary Forecast for 29 September - issued 2336UT/28-Sep-2021

Solar activity is expected to be low on UT day 29 September with a
small (10%) chance of moderate activity (M flares). The solar wind
speed is expected to be moderate as coronal hole effects wane.
Geomagnetic conditions are expected to be mostly quiet to unsettled.
Normal HF propagation conditions are expected with a small chance of
short wave fadeouts (radio blackouts).
