[ips-sf] SWS Summary Forecast for 27 September - issued 2314UT/26-Sep-2021

Solar activity is expected to be low on UT day 27 September. Solar
wind speeds are expected to increase from light to strong levels due
to combined coronal hole and CME effects. Geomagnetic conditions are
expected to be quiet to active with possible minor to major storm
periods. Mostly normal HF propagation conditions are expected with
some possible mild degradations. No Short Wave Fadeouts are expected.
Auroras may be visible on the local night of 27 September in
Tasmania.
