Solar activity is expected to be very low with a chance of C-class
flares today, UT day 17 November. Solar wind parameters are expected
to stay enhanced in response to the ongoing coronal hole effects.
Today, the geomagnetic conditions are expected to be mostly at
unsettled to active levels and MUFs moderately depressed. No shortwave
fadeouts are expected.
