[ips-sf] SWS Summary Forecast for 16 November - issued 2334UT/15-Nov-2021

Solar activity is expected to be very low with a chance of C-class
flares on UT day 16 November. Solar wind speed is expected to enhance
further to moderately elevated levels in response to coronal hole
effects. Geomagnetic conditions are expected to be mostly at unsettled
levels with a chance of isolated active periods. Mildly depressed MUF
conditions are expected for today. No shortwave fadeouts expected.
