Solar activity is expected to be very low with a chance of C-class
flares on UT day 14 November. The solar wind speed is expected to be
near its background levels. Geomagnetic conditions are expected to be
mostly quiet. Mostly near monthly predicted MUFs are expected to be
observed today. Shortwave fadeouts are unlikely.
