Solar activity is expected to be very low with a chance of C-class
flares today, UT day 18 November. Solar wind speed is expected to
gradually decline from today, though remain at mild to moderate
levels, as the coronal effects wanes. The geomagnetic conditions are
expected to be mostly at quiet to unsettled levels and MUFs moderately
depressed. No shortwave fadeouts are expected.
