Solar activity is expected to be low to moderate 02 November with a
chance of an isolated M class flare. Solar wind conditions are
expected to be mostly nominal. Geomagnetic activity is expected to be
quiet to unsettled. Mostly normal HF conditions are expected with a
small chance of a minor isolated fadeout.
