Solar activity is expected to be low on UT day 1 November with a small
chance of a M-class flare. The solar wind speed is expected to remain
slightly enhanced due to persistent CME effects. Geomagnetic activity
is expected to be mostly quiet to unsettled with possible active
periods. HF propagation conditions are expected to be mostly normal.
There is only a small chance of a shortwave fadeout.
