[ips-sf] SWS Summary Forecast for 02 November - issued 0608UT/02-Nov-2021

Solar activity has been moderate on 02 November with an M1.7 flare at
0301 UT. Further M-class flares are possible. The solar wind speed is
strong and may become very strong. Global geomagnetic activity has
been active. Unsettled to active geomagnetic conditions are likely.
Mostly normal HF conditions are expected with a chance of a minor
isolated short-wave fadeouts in daylight regions.
