Very low solar flare activity is expected today, 14 February. The
earth is currently under the influence of high solar speed streams
from the extension of a negative southern polar coronal hole. Quiet to
unsettled geomagnetic conditions expected for today with a chance of
isolated active periods. High-frequency radio communications are
expected to be normal to fair. No short-wave fadeouts expected.
