[ips-sf] SWS Summary Forecast for 13 February - issued 2329UT/12-Feb-2021

Very low solar activity is predicted for UT day 13 February. Solar
wind is currently light but expected to enhance to moderate levels
later today due to high-speed solar wind streams associated with a
coronal hole. Quiet to unsettled geomagnetic conditions with possible
active periods. MUFs are expected to be mostly near predicted monthly
values. No short-wave fadeouts are expected.
