[ips-sf] IPS Summary Forecast for 16 April - issued 2332UT/15-Apr-2016 [SEC=UNCLASSIFIED]

Low solar flare activity is expected on 16-Apr, with a chance of
moderate activity due to region 2529 (N10W20). The solar wind is
light. Geomagnetic conditions are at quiet levels with isolated
unsettled periods possible if the interplanetary magnetic field aligns
unfavourably. Short-wave radio fadeouts are possible. High-frequency
radio communications are fair to normal, with moderate depressions in
maximum useable frequencies likely.
