[ips-sf] IPS Summary Forecast for 17 April - issued 2329UT/16-Apr-2016 [SEC=UNCLASSIFIED]

Low solar activity is expected for 17-Apr, with a slight chance of
moderate activity. The solar wind is light to moderate. Geomagnetic
conditions are quiet after an active period 09-18 UT on 16-Apr.
Further active periods are possible on 17-Apr if the interplanetary
magnetic field aligns unfavourably. A coronal hole high speed wind
stream is expected on 18-Apr which is also likely to disturb magnetic
conditions. HF propagation conditions are degraded, with depressed
maximum useable frequencies.
