[ips-sf] IPS Summary Forecast for 16 May - issued 2329UT/15-May-2015

Low solar flare activity is expected for 16-May. Minor coronal hole
effects are in decline, with the solar wind now moderate. Geomagnetic
conditions are at quiet levels. High-frequency radio communications
are mostly normal with isolated degraded conditions at high latitudes.
Combined CME arrival and coronal hole effects are likely to produce
disturbed geomagnetic conditions from 17-May, possibly reaching minor
storm levels. Aurora sightings are possible from Southern Australian
regions local nighttime on 17-May.
