[ips-sf] IPS Summary Forecast for 17 May - issued 2300UT/16-May-2015

Very low to low solar flare activity is expected for 17-May. The solar
wind is light. Geomagnetic conditions are at quiet levels.
High-frequency radio communications are mostly normal. Combined CME
arrival and coronal hole effects are likely to produce disturbed
geomagnetic conditions from late on 17-May, possibly reaching minor
storm levels. Aurora sightings are possible from Southern Australian
regions local nighttime on 17-May.
