[ips-sf] IPS Summary Forecast for 15 May - issued 2330UT/14-May-2015

Low to moderate solar flare activity is expected on 15-May. Minor
coronal hole effects are in progress, with the solar wind still
strong. Geomagnetic conditions are expected to be mostly quiet on
15-May, with isolated unsettled periods. Short-wave radio fadeouts are
possible. Some mild depressions in HF maximum useable frequency are
likely. A CME glancing blow is possible from late on 17-May.
