[ips-sf] IPS Summary Forecast for 19 April - issued 2347UT/18-Apr-2015

Mostly low solar flare activity is expected for 19 April with the
small chance of moderate activity. Coronal hole effects are subsiding
and solar wind conditions should be mostly light to moderate.
Geomagnetic activity is expected to be mostly quiet to unsettled.
High-frequency radio communications should be mostly normal to good
with the small chance of short-wave radio fadeouts.
