Low solar flare activity is expected for 20 April with a small chance
of moderate activity. Coronal hole effects continue to subside with
light solar wind conditions expected for the first half of the UT day
of 20 April. Solar wind speeds are expected to increase slightly
during the latter half of 20 April in response to another coronal hole
wind stream. Geomagnetic conditions should be mostly quiet with
unsettled levels possible in the latter half of 20 April.
High-frequency radio communications should be mostly normal with the
small chance of short-wave radio fadeouts and isolated degraded
conditions at high latitudes during the latter half of the UT day of
20 April.
