Mostly low solar flare activity is expected for 18 April, with a
chance of moderate activity. Solar wind conditions are slowly
declining as coronal hole effects subside. Geomagnetic conditions
should be mostly quiet to unsettled levels with the chance of isolated
active periods. High-frequency radio communications should be mostly
normal with isolated degraded conditions at high latitudes possible
and the small chance of short-wave radio fadeouts.
