BY THE AUSTRALIAN SPACE FORECAST CENTRE.
DEGRADED HF PROPAGATION CONDITIONS EXPECTED FOR SOUTHERN REGIONS
FROM 16-18 JANUARY 2004 DUE TO ENHANCED GEOMAGNETIC ACTIVITY.
MUFs have been depressed 15-30% for southern regions so far
today, with further depressions expected at times for southern
regions for the next few days.
