DEGRADED HF PROPAGATION CONDITIONS EXPECTED FOR 18 JANUARY 2004
HF conditions have been depressed 15-30% at times for northern
regions so far today and are expected to be depressed 15-30%
at times for northern regions for the remainder of the local day.
