MODERATELY DEGRADED HF PROPAGATION CONDITIONS EXPECTED,
MID TO HIGH LATITUDES ONLY FOR 17-18 JANUARY 2004
DUE TO ANTICPATED CORONAL HOLE WIND STREAM INDUCED ACTIVITY.

IF COMMS DIFFICULTIES EXPERIENCED TRY A LOWER FREQUENCY BAND.
A MORE DETAILED HF WARNING WILL FOLLOW IF DEPRESSIONS EVENTUATE.
