COMMENT: Solar flare activity on UT day 11-Sep was R0, with no 
solar flares. There are currently seven numbered sunspots, however 
all regions are currently stable and with a simple magnetic configuration. 
Solar flare activity is expected to be R0 over 12-14 Sep. No 
CMEs were observed on UT day 11-Sep. S0 solar radiation storm 
conditions were observed on UT day 11-Sep. S0 solar radiation 
storm conditions are expected over 12-14 Sep. The solar wind 
environment on UT day 11-Sep was at background levels. The solar 
wind speed ranged between 450 to 400 km/s over the day. The peak 
total interplanetary field strength (IMF, Bt) was 5 nT and the 
north-south IMF component (Bz) range was +4 to -4 nT. The solar 
wind environment is expected to be mostly at background levels 
over 12-13 Sep, with connection to a coronal hole possible on 
14-Sep to enhance conditions.

COMMENT: G0 geomagnetic conditions were observed in the Australian 
and Antarctic region on UT day 11-Sep. G0 geomagnetic conditions 
are expected over 12-13 Sep. There is a chance for G1 geomagnetic 
conditions due to possible connection with a coronal hole on 
14-Sep.

COMMENT: HF radio propagation conditions on UT day 11-Sep were 
mostly normal, with some mild degradations in the northern hemisphere 
for most of the day. HF radio propagation conditions are expected 
to be mostly normal over 12-14 Sep.

with 15% enhancements.
