COMMENT: disturbed conditions 18 Feb due to coronal hole.
 
2. FORECAST (21 FEBRUARY - 27 FEBRUARY)
Solar: Low
Geomagnetic:  Mostly Quiet to Unsettled with active intervals possible
              early in week.

Frequencies:  depressed 15% briefly after local dawn on 21-22Feb,  
	      otherwise MUFs near normal. No SWFs.
