      Briefly depressed after local dawn.
      Near predicted monthly values during local day,
      Enhanced by 50% during local night.
   Northern Australian Region:
      Near predicted monthly values during local day,
      Enhanced by 35% during local night.
   Southern Australian and New Zealand Region:
      Near predicted monthly values during local day,
      Enhanced by 20% during local night/early morning.
   Antarctic Region (Casey/Scott Base):
      Near predicted monthly values with isolated periods
      of disturbance. 


 
2. FORECAST (14 FEBRUARY - 20 FEBRUARY)
Solar:        Low to moderate

Geomagnetic:  Mostly Unsettled with active intervals possible. 
              Solar coronal hole induced disturbance effects 
	      expected 15-19 Feb. 

Frequencies:  Depressed 15% briefly after local dawn on 16-Feb, 
	      depressed 15 to 20% on 19-Feb, depressed 15% 
	      briefly after local dawn on 20-Feb,  otherwise 
	      MUFs near normal. Periods of disturbance possible 
	      especially at high latitudes 15-19 Feb. 
	      SWFs possible.

able to be forecasted a week in advance.
