      with periods of depressoins and mild to strong
      degradations. 

2. FORECAST (28 FEBRUARY - 06 MARCH)
Solar: Low

Geomagnetic: 'Mostly Unsettled to Active' in the starting of the 
period, then declining to 'Mostly Quiet' for the rest of the period.

Frequencies:  Mostly Near predicted monthly values. No SWFs expected.
