Solar activity on UT day 03-Mar is expected to be at R0, chance R1
levels. The solar wind speed is expected to be light. The anticipated
arrival of a glancing blow from a recent CME has failed to eventuate.
G0 geomagnetic conditions are expected. HF radio communication
conditions are expected to be normal. Maximum usable frequencies
(MUFs) are expected to be near predicted monthly values. Isolated
minor shortwave fadeouts are possible. S0 solar radiation storm
conditions expected.
