On UT day 12-Feb solar activity is expected to be near R1-R2 with a
slight chance for R3. The solar wind speed is expected to be strong.
G1-G2 geomagnetic conditions are expected. HF radio communication
conditions are expected to be initially normal, becoming degraded by
the end of the day. Maximum usable frequencies are expected to be 20%
enhanced tending to near predicted values by the end of the UT day. S0
solar radiation storm conditions are expected with a slight chance of
S1. There is a slight chance aurora may be seen at high latitudes near
the end of the UT day during local night hours.
