On UT day 11-Feb solar activity is expected to be R1-R2 with a slight
chance for R3. The solar wind speed is expected to be light. G0-G1
geomagnetic conditions are expected. HF radio communication conditions
are expected to be normal at low and middle latitudes, but degraded at
high latitudes due to polar cap absorption. Maximum usable frequencies
are expected to be near predicted monthly values to 20% enhanced.
S1-S2 solar radiation storm conditions are expected.
